I have read and accept Impact Shooting Center's Terms and Conditions for membership, listed below.

No person under indictment, charged with, or convicted of a felony or any offense involving the trafficking in drugs, violence, or negligent assault is permitted to utilize the range or attend events. Eligibility for membership shall not be based on ground of sex, color or national origin. We welcome all law abiding citizens wishing to take control of their own personal defense. This application is for membership in and thereby to enjoy the Tactical Training Center and Private Range privileges, as established by management, and as may be amended from time to time. This application will not be acted upon unless fully completed, executed and accompanied by a credit card payment. Membership is subject to suspension or treatment for failure to abide by membership conditions and all Rules and Regulations, as established by management, and as may be amended from time to time. Applicant acknowledges that membership is a revocable license subject to permitted renewal and termination at the sole and absolute discretion of management. Membership is not an investment in the Tactical Training Center, nor does it provide an equity ownership interest in Impact Shooting Center or related facilities. Applicant acknowledges that use of the facilities may be restricted or closed from time to time (at owner's sole discretion) for construction, maintenance, training, or competitions and events. Impact Shooting Center reserves the right to change the hours of operation or close due to inclement weather or private events. Changes will be published via email to the address provided. Applicant is responsible for confirming dates and times of operation. I agree to be governed by the Conditions of Membership as may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Management and Owners.
